Membership is a signed contract for either six or twelve months. The term begins on the date of your first payment. We will confirm the term in writing before you sign, and you keep a copy.

One treatment per calendar month — CO2, HIFU, IPL, Chemical Peels, Weightless , Body Sculpting and more — plus member pricing on additional treatments and retail products.

Tox and Dysport are excluded from the monthly treatment selection, though members still receive $10/unit on Tox and $4/unit on Dysport. Other injectable and medical treatments outside the plan are available at 15% off. Ask at consultation for a full price list.

No. The monthly treatment is use-it-or-lose-it within the calendar month. This is why we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave — an unbooked month is a wasted one.

The Transformation Protocol is a commitment-based program offered at special monthly pricing based on the term selected. Early termination of the program may be subject to an early termination fee of up to $1,000, as outlined in your signed Transformation Protocol Agreement. Any cancellation rights provided under applicable Florida law will be honored.

We would much rather talk to you first — if the protocol is not working for you, tell us and we will look at changing it.

Talk to us. Pauses for medical reasons and for pregnancy are considered case by case, and any pause is agreed in writing. Memberships are not transferable to another person.

Nothing automatically. We will contact you before your term ends to ask whether you want to renew, change term, or stop. Your membership does not roll over into a new fixed term without you agreeing to it.
